Ditko Shrugged

After visiting a horse stable in mid-Manhattan with Jen Ferguson this afternoon (Feb. 28, 2015), we found ourselves walking down a certain street. So, I took Jen to meet Steve Ditko at his office space. I've visited Ditko in the past but this time he made it clear that he had no desire to greet unannounced visitors (which I can understand). Still, I thanked him for continuing to make his comix on a regular basis and for using the crowd-funding model to publish which I've helped support. He nodded a 'thank you,' said "Okay," and closed his door.
