This Saturday, June 19, beginning at 8pm, is the opening of the "Comiclysm" show, at Sputnik, 262 Taaffe Place, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. I have some pieces in the show, specifically recent collaborations with Harvey Pekar and one of my semi-auto-bio comix "Rubulad," from OPPOSABLE THUMBS. Other artists in the show include Josh Neufeld, Sophie Crumb, Mark Bode, Mike Dawson, Danny Hellman, and Adam Suerte.

The evening promises to be fun. It's billed as "The Last Bastion," a forum for art, music & performance, and Q2QL3, Katy vs. Evil, and The Dusbin Brothers are all scheduled to perform. And there's no cover charge! To get there, take the G to Classon Avenue, walk one block to DeKalb, and right one block to Taaffe Place. The show will hang in the space for a month. More info:, 718.398.6666.

If you can make it, it would be great to see you there.

Also, later this month, June 26th & 27th, to be exact, is the 3rd annual MoCCA Art Festival, held at the Puck Building in SoHo. I'll be there, promoting LIONEL'S LAMENT, my new collaboration with Josh Neufeld. More details to come.
