Hurricane Irene

After watching THE PROWLER and half of VENUS IN FURS, I read a CAPTAIN AMERICA comic book and hit hay @3am and woke up @10am and wondered if I was experiencing the eye of the storm or the ass of the media. Alas, better to be super cautious when it comes to Mother Nature [people died and Hurricane Irene did make a significant impact, especially in areas that suffer every time it rains hard] but maybe, next time, we don't need 24-hour news about a blowing tree and a very deep puddle. Keep the news news-worthy with hourly reports. Calm engenders safety. Now, what should I do with all these cans of Chef Boyardee?
