In Real Life

I recently befriended Vanessa Aricco, a beautiful, cavalier vagabond, who I first noticed waiting tables at Hope & Anchor in Red Hook. Raised in Texas, Vanessa came to NYC from North Carolina and interned for six months at Vice Magazine and Smith Magazine. Last week, V and Larry Smith [http://smithmag.net/] asked me to draw a small image for the logo and launch of "The IRL Project," a new blog at Consumating.com [in collaboration w/Smith] featuring Vanessa [aka V] and Lhea [aka Je], pulling a modern-day "On the road" style trip [http://www.consumating.com/irlproject/]. This interactive blog is interesting on many obvious levels.
